A compact, low-rise structure forms the new center of the Pontet complex and serves as a link between the school campus to the north and the festival grounds to the south. The orthogonal layout is retained. A green natural space extends toward the restored Sorge River, while the park opens up toward the Route du Bois.

In between lie the new Place des fêtes and several play and sports areas. The new building features a clear horizontal layout with a central, connecting foyer that extends across all floors. The bleachers for the sports hall and the multipurpose hall are located on the ground floor and can be opened up toward the park. On the first floor, a flexible school environment unfolds, offering views over the park and into the landscaped courtyard gardens.
